Connection apophis - ubernode is completly backed off both ways.
Right now this doesnt worry me because I have restarted the node and now there
are 80 Requests pending, and a CPU load of 15%, and no bandwith problems. My
node shouldnt be backed off. (nodeAveragePingTime: 200ms)
But it was worse before the restart:
50% CPU load, and only 3 requests pending.
