:) Seriously, some of the elements in our current routing system e.g. the HTL / lack of backoff haven't really been tested properly or even simulated properly; they're based on a series of assumptions. Hopefully we can rectify that, but an easy option at this point is to just try out a different algorithm and see what effect it has on probe requests. Once we have update over mandatory it should be relatively easy to do such things. > > Ian.
