Added this to the uninstall form. A lot of people run into problems and fill in the uninstall form, but don't contact us on the support list and/or IRC. Hopefully some of them will leave their email address so we can solve some of the wierd issues reported on the uninstall survey (e.g. failing to install on Fedora, wtf?).
