Is there an option to fullfill users whishes?
You might start with a very small window
like base is always the current 20 limit and scale up to 30 max
and that only if upload is set to really high values, say you need 10kb/s on
top of
100kb/s for every additional node.
Would be nice if users get heared.

release the 20 nodes barrier under review
most of the users nowadays have a lot of upload-bandwith available. Myself
has about 3Mbits upload, but the limit to connect to not more than 20 nodes
results in about 50kb/s max. Please release the limit or use a dynamic
system that offers more connections if the node has a high bandwith upload
limit (scaling). Thx

Under consideration. Current thinking is a maximum of 40 or 50 peers, and
the peers limit depending on the output bandwidth limit.
