IMHO if we search for something we will often want to see old bugs. Hence resolved -> suspended, or resolved -> user not responsive, or something like that, is more appropriate than closed.

On daily basis, not just today I have noticed this same error and always is the same peer. I currently have this peer disabled until I hear from devs. Is this normal behaviour between peers? Why does this peer keep sending packets twice?(if that's what it means) thanks. Nov 12, 2007 23:00:58:634 (freenet.node.FNPPacketMangler, UdpSocketHandler packet receiver thread on port XXXXX, ERROR): Received packet twice (579785) from XX.XXX.XX.XX:XXXXX: 579785 (0.517s ping avg) ----- t...@zceuwxlsahlmvemnbr4rhnvfeha ----- 2007.11.13 - 19:39:52GMT ----- Probably a bug. :| ----- Anonymous ----- 2007.11.14 - 19:32:48GMT ----- Ok, but why only this one peer. I have 15 darknet peers. I do not run opennet. This is the only peer that I get such error reference. I disabled him for 24 hours and did not receive this error even one time. I enable him and instantly I begin receiving this error in my logs. And it happens several times per minute for what appears to be non-stop. Should I get rid of this peer? What could he be doing to cause this? Should I be at all concerned? Thanks. ----- t...@zceuwxlsahlmvemnbr4rhnvfeha ----- 2007.11.15 - 17:00:44GMT ----- Is he running a very old version? ----- Anonymous ----- 2007.11.15 - 17:32:32GMT ----- No, all my nodes are on 1073 and I did notice that error with a different peer also so I guess maybe it is a bug. ====================================================================== Relationships ID Summary ---------------------------------------------------------------------- has duplicate 0001865 Frost: peer constantly resends packets ====================================================================== ---------------------------------------------------------------------- (0005621) p0s (developer) - 2009-08-15 12:39 https://bugs.freenetproject.org/view.php?id=1873#c5621 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Issue is outdated.
