I've looked at your translation today, but it seems like the installer might not support Cyrillic characters as it is right now. They show as "????" on my system at least. Did you test the translation yourself by compiling the installer with your translation? Did it work? I've filed a bug for it at https://bugs.freenetproject.org/view.php?id=3563 if you want to follow the progress on this.
