Why are you overriding the defaults in 95d840108aa0321cb259e59b89face076db8bdea ?
Fork on cacheable is on by default iirc. Certainly it should be. Extra inserts for a single block should IMHO be set to 2 in FlogHelper because this will improve retrievability.
