Guys, since toad is no longer working full-time on the project I think everyone
should just use their common sense when trying to do stuff.

Bombe, I think you are reading too much into terminology. Test build just means
build a jar and see if it works and behaves well.

I have commit access to the git repo so if someone wants to merge some of the
pull requests to their own branch, test it, I will pull that into the staging
repo once I receive word that the new commits work.
