Also the freenet user count in freenet stats increased in the last week, but it was mostly the 72 hour stats, so many seem to not be staying. That’s what I see as major challenge: How to make the initial usage of freenet so attractive that users want to stay. I see that actually as much more important than any algorithm fixes, because all our algorithms get better with more users.
