I'm sorry you're having trouble. Have you been able to build other Java applications or is this the first thing you've attempted with this setup? Freenet needs the Bouncy Castle 1.49 (not 1.50 like on the page you link to) jar to be in that directory and named bcprov instead of bcprov-jdk15on-149. An aside: Java 6 is no longer supported. You may want to upgrade to at least Java 7 if not 8. What have you done so far, and what output do you get?
