We do *want* to ship more plugins by default. 
The WOT plugin and everything which is based upon it (Freemail, Freetalk, 
FlogHelper, Sone, Content Curation...) is high on that list because the stuff 
is able to provide things which are similar to the current spirit of social 
networking on the regular Internet. 

The problem is that WOT is very very slow currently and would slow down the 
users' machines thereby, so we don't ship it.
I am working on fixing this, and once it is in a usable state, it will probably 
be enabled by default.

Meanwhile, only the non-CPU-hogging plugins are shipped.
