WOT 0.4.1 and 0.4.2 will see a lot of API changes so the JavaDoc is subject to a lot of change, so we don't need this now. But once the API has settled down - with 0.5 - we might want to put the JavaDoc of WOT on the web server as it does seem like a small amount of code required to do this.
