Hmm actually the manual changing of financial balance with a fred release only can be used for the initial trigger to enable the notification: The actual current balance would have to updated more frequently than fred releases happen, so it should be obtained from an USK. This sounds like it will be quite a bit more of work :| But still manageable. Maybe even as a plugin due to the larger codebase. Additional benefit then: People can remove the plugin if they want to get rid of fundraising notifications completely. -- hopstolive (keyword for Ians spam filter)
