This is a really important point. Freenet is actually doing pretty well
right now. Of course there's a long way to go.

As for the rest, the latest changes to WoT haven't even been deployed
yet, and should make a big difference. We should deploy what we have
before arguing for getting rid of large chunks of working code in favour
of code that hasn't been maintained and doesn't support modern APIs.
