[freenet-dev] Bug tracker unusable

Is the bug tracker at https://bugs.freenetproject.org/ intentionally 
unusable?  It is still linked to from 
https://freenetproject.org/contribute.html but requires a username & 
password and does not indicate how to obtain credentials.
