I've manually removed that line from the list and put in a fix which
half fixes the problem. I assume someone had two addresses listed in their
HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR header. inform now checks that what it is saving
really looks like a single ip address but does not do anything clever with
private addresses such as 192.168.*. It just adds them like everything else,
expecting the cron job to take out invalid info.
