Each node has a key so that requests and inserts are routed to the node
that has the key closest to the KSK, SVK or CHK, isn't it? The nodes
shold keep the file that are closest to their key a little longer so
that the key stay avaible for a littlew more where it is more likely it
will be requested. It just enforce (enflate said Someone) the normal
system based on reqests coun and age.
