I guess you could - but node public keys are to stop MITM attacks, and a MITM could change any (Data)Source headers anyway. I suppose it would serve to make the node key very visable - but how long will it be? A fingerprint is fixed size, but a public key with signatures etc can be many K long in binary form. I don't want huge sodding addresses because nodes will strip the key to save space anyway.
