I give in. Version 0.2.3 now supports KSKs. It now saved files in the
directory in was launched in, not the user's home dir like before.

SVKs are still unsupported. Should be simple, but I'll have to send the
text of the inserted key to stdout as long as this fork() thing is going
on. Gimme an hour.
