No, because the other keytypes (SVK derivitives) require you to generate a
signature on the data, which requires that you possess the private key
used for insertion. Thats not possible unless you cracked the machine of
the inserter and stolen his key.
CHKs dont require a signature, but changing the data changes the key, so
you can't forge data at all.
