This is a good idea, although shouldn't the uber-freenet_insert also be
able to generate msks and/or index.html files?

Perhaps it should also make it convenient to insert DBRs with a cron
job.

This may seem like bloat, but remember that freenet thrives on content,
we should pander to those who are working on creating some.

Once implemented, the (now embarrassingly outdated) authoring
page on the
website could be updated accordingly.
