You misunderstand, helping people to find the information they are looking for
(and not find information they are not looking for) isn't censorship.
Censorship is when you prevent them from finding information that they might
want.

Provide *an option* to filter stuff out based on keywords, but don't force
any filtering, that would be censorship.
