One rating scheme is PICS. The PICS rating service has been translated
into RDF. You can read about it at http://www.w3.org/TR/rdf-pics

It's a way to define arbitrary ratings on different domains. The example,
for instance, is for rating soap products. You can rate the
"intensity" property from 0 to 255 and the "Soapsuds Index" from 0 to 1,
etc.
