I agree 100% with Sebastian.  Calling the distribution with the JRE included
'Standard' will cause people to download that version unnecessarily, wasting
lots of bandwith in the process (the JRE is, what, ~5mb?).  Why not Freenet
'stand alone' (or 'without Java') and 'with Java'?  You could include some
instructional text a la 'If unsure, download the version with Java'.
