Not necessarily -- what if the person just happens to be reading Pigdog
Journal someplace where Pigdog Journal is illegal. It's easily possible
for all the HTML and images to be in the node's datastore but not in the
browser cache.

As Peter Todd pointed out, web sites in Freenet have the same
"deniability" problem as split files. Freenet chess, Freenet chat,
and other applications will have the same problem too. If you want
deniability, I think you pretty much have to take Peter's suggestion and
don't cache anything requested by a local client -- don't just blame
split files.
