I note that you are not updating the release0.3.inc page - is this because you don't have the Windows/Debian/Tarball packages yet? In such a case, I suggest placing a "Release 0.3.7.2" above the "This is release 0.3.7" with just the packages which are available, deleting these from the 0.3.7 section. We can then add the 0.3.7.2 packages as they become available, removing them from below. I can then update the mirrors (there must be an easier way!).
