The client follows redirects, not the node. I'll have a metadata standard
(nothing really new, just documenting and cleaning up) sometime and the clients
can work with that.

I think that http-proxy code should be separate from the node (or at least
segmented from the node). I think Matt Skinner is working on FCP-Python which
can have a proxy put on it and then we have a node independant proxy.
