Whereby the flaunch.ini that gets > installed has three lines mangled into one (fservecli, cfgclient and fconfig > IIRC) I rechecked it, it never occurs on Win NT and 98SE in my case. I made sure that the file is correct in CVS. The only change that we do to the file is appending the port number to some entries (not even the corrupted lines) using the standard WritePrivateProfileString Win32API call. Nothing else changes that file, so I am completely puzzled and hope that my slight changes to the install config utility will prevent any further occurences. But as I said, I was shooting in the dark and we'll have to see if it occurs at some place in the future. So, finally! If everything's working again and even David McNab, our tough and strict release tester, is happy (BTW thanks David), I'll put the final version together and change the link on the web site. No big announcements as the freenet code stayed the same. I hope we can declare our little Win installer crisis as overcome at this point, yay :-))!
