Well, after some arguing about how to do command-line arguments on
#freenet, I decided to just go ahead and rewrite the command-line
argument processing for insertclient and requestclient. The major
changes are:
All long arguments must be preceeded by -- instead of just -
Short arguments now exist for almost all documented parameters
(These cannot be combined like -hsF yet, but this ability will be
   added on demand)
Any arguments not in the usage of the respective client cannot be
accessed by usual means. To get at arcane internal parameters, use the
--debugSet <variable> <value> argument.
The arguments with a yes/no value have been converted like
--safer/--noSafer, so that there's two different arguments which don't
take arguments. This is also reflected in the short arguments, where
there's -f/-F to turn on and off "safer".

Hopefully this doesn't ruffle anyone's dander too much.
