I have been inserting files, 15 in parallel, with 2 applications, with a node
which has maximumConnectionThreads=150, and the log claims the connection limit
has been reached, but is accepting some of the connections on unpooled threads.
Most of the connections fail. Both inserters are running on localhost. How many
threads does Fred use for a single insertion, as a range? Is this expected
behaviour, or a leak?
