This is what's left in the TODO -- anything else?

+ Fix announcement spec with simpler protocol
+ Spec load balancing through dynamic DataSource reseting
+ Total bandwidth cap for day/week/month/year settings
+ Implement simpler announcement protocol
+ Implement load balancing (possibly not in first release)
+ Implement ARKs (possibly not in first release)
+ finish AutoClient, metadata handling
+ make reference clients use AutoClient
+ rewrite fproxy against new plug-in model, use AutoClient
+ selective caching (protocol-side) (maybe not in first release)
+ selective/non-caching of local activities (inserts only?) (maybe not in first
release)
+ revision of datastore internals to handle DFS buckets

(and of course, FNP is totally untested atm)
