Yep, I assumed that by default as well, so should be fine

You might want to set the IPaddress to 127.0.0.1 by default (or we need 
  to change the setup.java utility to assume 127.0.0.1 by default) 
becasue we get an error afterwards.

You might also want to have a sheet for FProxy settings and a simple 
enabled/disabled checkbox on the "basic" page.

I am looking forward to a new generation of installers...
