Well, we aren't finished. It can stay your way for now (I still don't have time to code so it is out of my hands) but the current system is designed by trial and error additions of more and more arbitrary rules, which is the absolute antithesis of how it should be if we want to keep a shimmer of hope that Freenet's behavior can be understood and analyzed (which is what really matters if we want things to work in the long run). If LRU is not a good way to order the Freenet routing table, we need to establish another way, but this is not the way to do that.
