The point of my suggested top level categories is to reflect the sorts of 
freesites we're actually seeing.  If everyone thinks a more generic taxonomy 
would be appropriate, let's talk about that.  But I see Freenet as something 
more than just a Web with added features.  These "added features" influence 
just what sort of things people would choose to publish on Freenet.  That's 
bound to give it a different character, and I think it's already begun to.
