Same results here. It seems to be respecting either thread or bandwidth
limits now (maybe?) and in any case it does not instantly sap all resources.
Performance much more akin to pre-525 versions.

Started with old (desperate) maxthreads=20, bandwidth=8k (each way) settings.
604 got connected, soon ramped up to rejecting connections, routing time went
up too far. Relaxed configuration to maxthreads=40, bandwidth=16k (each way),
now working nicely.  I'm going to try default rules with bandwidth tuned for
my slow (384k) uphaul in a bit.
