It seems to be respecting either thread or bandwidth limits now (maybe?) and in any case it does not instantly sap all resources. Performance much more akin to pre-525 versions. Started with old (desperate) maxthreads=20, bandwidth=8k (each way) settings. 604 got connected, soon ramped up to rejecting connections, routing time went up too far. Relaxed configuration to maxthreads=40, bandwidth=16k (each way), now working nicely.
