Well, then if people are still using it we might really want to put it
back there, or at least direct them to use the FCP client that is
included as part of Fred, which may be better overall.  However, I
think we shouldn't want to completely remove it because of the slot
mechanisms some freesites use for communication, so we then may want
to lean towards putting it back on the front page of fproxy.
