It would be easy enough to implement something. For example, a node, if it had the "public" flag enabled, would have its routing table exported at a fixed location on the distrib servlet port, as hypertext so that other public nodes' tables could be read or spidered from there. The problem is any scheme like this trades some centralization for some attackability - do we really want to make it so easy to find a large fraction of nodes on the network?
