Has anyone submitted a bug report on this? I can't find it by searching for cache/network blocking but I may be wrong. If not, it'd be a good thing to report if someone can explain exactly what's going on. (I think I do, but that's just me.) In other browser bugs, if you save a .jpg with an extremely high DPI (like 2400x2400) it blows away IEs ability to render ANY jpegs until you restart.
