Sorry, I wasn't very clear. I meant that the seednodes.ref was _packaged in the
zip_ under that path, hence unzipping it was creating
var\www\downloads\seednodes\seednodes.ref on the user's filesystem instead of
just seednodes.ref.

Now it exists in the archive root, but there's a copy under the old path as well
:) Just the one in the root will do ...
