Will work with files which haven't been uploaded yet (CC updates once an hour, so you can't get the latest build until it has been uploaded), etc. We cannot simply turn off coral-cache. If we do, any transfer over 100GB is charged at ?1/GB. If we get slashdotted while coral-cache is turned off, we could be looking at a big bill. Any ideas?
