I hate to bring up an extra complication, but I *think* the 0.5 wininstaller "use local files if they exist instead of downloading them" functionality is broken and has been for some time. This will need addressing for any alternate distribution method. It's something I've been meaning to look into / fix but I've been extremely busy for the last few weeks <SMALL>(and lazy / forgetful before that)</SMALL>. Bob
