No, it won't produce an error message, it will just truncate everything after 
the slash
(with the only exception being that extension is still used to produce 
mime-type). So if
you try to insert into KSK at test/bla.html it will be KSK at bla with the 
text/html mime.

nextgens advised me to wait until the "new" plugin interface. And then i will 
definitely
do such a thing.
