I am aware of that, but I won't analyze theoretically the implication of this. I
will start with a stable Network which fullfills the Small World Topology.

This will be one of the questions to be answered, however this is already one of
the more difficult ones. What happens if not you are stupid, but your neighbors.
If you have a ring-topology you can answer this quite easily. other topologies
will be much more difficult.

Maybe I can answer that after formalizing the network behaviour.

For swapping this will be a big deal, this will also be a big deal for the
keyspace they will have under their control.
