Just yesterday I saw some comments on GPL, and someone argued that, since the GPL requests nothing of the end user, there is little point into showing it during installs as if it were some EULA. I tend to agree; if it's clear enough to developers that they're dealing with GPL code, that should be enough. Regular users can get some simple text as "open source, free of charge, as-is, check license if you intend to develop".
