It shouldn't be. The only confirmed bug of this type so far, though, is the one with the custom user we create that gives problems on some setups. My latest beta runs completely without, and I've mailed it to both of the people that reported the problem. Unfortunately, none of them have replied to my mails... >> These problems should be solved in the latest beta which does not create >> the custom user for the service to run under (but instead uses the >> built-in LocalService/LocalSystem accounts). >> >>> also, I wanted to try the win installer on an Italian WinXP on a VM I >>> installed just for this purpose (usually, I stick with English systems) >>> so I went to the website and tried to do what 'Joe User' would do: >>> clilck on 'Windows Instructions', click on 'Download', run the >>> installer, and ... it didnt include the Italian l10n yet. >> Unfortunately, toad doesn't pull from the wininstaller-staging to >> wininstaller-official before every new build >> (https://bugs.freenetproject.org/view.php?id=3198). > > Doh. :| There is a similar bug about your build script not updating the version number in the source as well ;) (which, IMHO is quite important and easy to fix) >> I committed your translation to wininstaller-staging on June 13, 2009. >> Next time toad pulls, it will be included in the official builds :). >> Please feel free to test it after toad has pulled it in! No worries. If you can fix the 2 above mentioned bugs then I will be more than happy :). - Zero3
