It actually tells them to reinstall Freenet, and if that doesn't work, 
contact the developers. It should only do this on fatal errors, such as 
not being able to start/stop the Freenet service - which some users are 
having problems with because of our custom user.

These problems should be solved in the latest beta which does not create 
the custom user for the service to run under (but instead uses the 
built-in LocalService/LocalSystem accounts).

Unfortunately, toad doesn't pull from the wininstaller-staging to 
wininstaller-official before every new build 
(https://bugs.freenetproject.org/view.php?id=3198).

I committed your translation to wininstaller-staging on June 13, 2009. 
Next time toad pulls, it will be included in the official builds :). 
Please feel free to test it after toad has pulled it in! (Though he is 
on vacation now I think, so it might take another week :()
