It actually tells them to reinstall Freenet, and if that doesn't work, contact the developers. It should only do this on fatal errors, such as not being able to start/stop the Freenet service - which some users are having problems with because of our custom user. Unfortunately, toad doesn't pull from the wininstaller-staging to wininstaller-official before every new build (https://bugs.freenetproject.org/view.php?id=3198). I committed your translation to wininstaller-staging on June 13, 2009. Next time toad pulls, it will be included in the official builds :). Please feel free to test it after toad has pulled it in!
