Juiceman, do you have any plans to fix the update.cmd script to update
the helper executables soon?

To support the new Windows tray manager, it should update
bin\freenettray.exe as well.

It obviously needs to shut down the tray manager before updating it. You
can do this by writing an empty tray_die.dat file in the main
installation folder. The tray manager will check if this file exists
every X seconds, and if so, kill itself. If you create it, wait 10
seconds, and delete it again, you should be able to safely assume that
any open tray managers have been closed. You will need to open it again
afterwards.

I've given update.cmd a permanent entry in the tray menu next to "Show
logfile" (which opens wrapper.log in notepad). That should make it a bit
easier for people to do manual updates :)
