On the other hand though, people DO exchange darknet refs with strangers all the time, the ref exchange boards are still going strong despite all the attempts at hammering some sense into a certain kind of user, so a facebook plugin wouldnt make things any worse than they already are. If we're lucky, adding "kinda-friends" from Facebook would at least partially replace the current practice of adding total strangers from darknet-refs boards, which is a step forward. A small step, but in the right direction. I would recommend to add a warning, kinda like "only add people that you can actually trust", even though I'm fairly sure that users would ignore it, just like they ignore the warnings in the FProxy interface. This "bad vs. worse" thing is kinda depressing. Hopefully Freenet will expand beyond the "geeks only" stage, so we can see how it works with people who actually have friends. In the same continent.
