Yay, a copy and paste proposal! Seriously, we are looking for somebody to work 
on web of trust based indexes, although we would like a bit more detail. Also 
note that GSoC finishes on August 17th; we CANNOT take into account any work 
after that point when determining whether you have passed and can receive the 
final payment. Finally, if you're happy with a proposal you should submit it 
via the Google Summer of Code web application on http://socghop.appspot.com/
