Toad is being very careful not to give any grounds to some evil organisations to
ban the development of Freenet in UK and/or US. This would seriously damage this
network, since the project is incorporated in the States, while the lead
programmer is in the Kingdom.
Keep in mind that not all people who can read these lists are looking for a way
to help freedom of speech, some are looking for a good court case to shut it
down. Try not giving them that reason.
